For 16-Year-Old Students:
Please bring these original documents:
• Original Birth Certificate or Passport
• Proof of Passing the Knowledge Test (e.g., from your high school)
• Social Security Number (required for application)

*Note for Students 17+:* If you already have your learner's permit in hand, no office visit is needed! You can proceed directly to scheduling your driving lessons.
